The 2024 Activity/Education grant can be used in a multitude of ways to benefit your child. This $500 grant is available to each member with Down syndrome with no fundraising required. Prior to submitting the grant please make your purchases and be prepared to submit a receipt for reimbursement. Can be submitted throughout the year.

Purchases must be made by 12/31/24.

Grants application and receipts must be submitted by 1/15/25 for reimbursement.

**You can submit multiple grants during the year to total $500. You do not need to spend all $500 in one place, it can be spread between multiple purchases.

Your grant application will be reviewed, and funds will be distributed within 30 days upon approval. You will receive a check in the mail.

• music therapy

• music lessons

• feeding therapy

• preschool/developmental preschool

• gym memberships

• therapy co pays

• educational/therapeutic toys

• devices such as an iPad, tablet, computer, headphones
